Desire in Pieces

《慾望的碎片》這組作品從男同志的身體與慾望出發。我將不同影像中的臉、身體與姿勢切開，再重新拼貼，讓熟悉的身體變得陌生。

情慾在觀看、想像與投射之間流動。當我們渴望一個人時，看見的可能不是完整的他，而是自己想靠近、佔有，或成為的某個部分。

This series begins with the queer male body and desire. I cut apart and reassemble faces, bodies, and gestures from different images, making the familiar body feel unfamiliar.

Desire moves between looking, imagination, and projection. When we desire someone, we may not see the whole person, but rather the part of them we want to approach, possess, or become.
