ABOUT
Hsu Huang is a Taipei-based photographer and visual artist working across commissioned photography and staged image-making.
Drawing from portraiture, beauty, fashion, and brand photography, his personal practice explores the body, desire, intimacy, queer experience, identity, and performance. Through constructed scenes, fragmented forms, symbolic objects, and digital collage, he examines how the self is shaped by looking, projection, vulnerability, and social expectation.
His images move between visual precision and emotional tension, treating photography as a space where the body can be observed, reconstructed, concealed, and imagined again.
黃旭是一位居住於台北的攝影師與視覺藝術工作者，創作橫跨委託攝影與導演式影像。
從肖像、彩妝、時尚與品牌攝影經驗出發，他的個人創作關注身體、慾望、親密關係、酷兒經驗、身分與表演。透過編排場景、身體碎片、象徵性物件與數位拼貼，他探討觀看、投射、脆弱與社會期待如何形塑自我。
他的影像遊走於視覺精準與情緒張力之間，並將攝影視為一個重新觀看、拆解與想像身體的空間。
