Borrowed Faces portrays a queer performer who impersonates public figures through inexpensive props, styling, and bodily gestures.

Rather than losing himself in these roles, he makes his own desires and identity more visible. Sometimes, it is in briefly becoming someone else that we come closest to ourselves.
